What to Bring
Proof of Orange County residency:
- Utility bills, or
- Rental agreement, or
- Driver's license, or
- Bank statement
Proof of Income:
- Copy of a recent pay stub (within the last 45 days), or
- Income Tax forms, or
- Signed statement from employer, or
- Self–affidavit letter of income, or
- Self–employed person can include last year's federal income tax return, including Schedule C and Schedule E, or 3 month's Profit and Loss statement
Proof of Citizenship & Identity:
- Birth certificate for all children and adults applying
- If the child is a newborn, a crib announcement can be used
- Passport (optional)
- Your child's Social Security Card number (optional)
- Parent's ID
Who Qualifies
You may qualify if:
- Your family lives in Orange County
- Your children are younger than 19 years old
- You have a qualifying family income based on the current Federal Poverty Level [FPL]
